You may have heard that fastball is king, but Aiden is here to make a case for the power of having a curveball that gets you sneaky strikes and misses. Aiden takes you through the evolution of his curveball from a 75mph spike curve to a highly finessed pitch he relies on a lot. He talks through the different finger and thumb placements he uses and how to figure out what’s best for you. Aiden shares his keys to throwing offspeed effectively and how to safely throw curveballs at the top of the zone. For further study, Aiden recommends watching Tyler Glasnow’s curveball -- it’s nasty and a great example of working the offspeed all over the zone.
